Workman AI Labs is Glen Workman’s publication about practical AI workflows. This page explains the data involved in using the site and choosing to receive its emails.

Your brief-builder notes

The business-update builder prepares a prompt in your browser. It does not send your business name, audience, notes or optional source URL to an AI model, our email provider or a publishing account. It does not fetch the source URL. It does not save your notes in browser storage.

Copying or downloading puts the brief on your device. If you paste it into another AI service, that service’s terms and data handling apply. Use only information you are allowed to share.

Website delivery and measurement

Cloudflare serves this website and provides security and Web Analytics. Website delivery and security involve technical request information such as IP addresses, requested URLs and browser information.

We use aggregate pageview reports to understand which resources people visit. Provider sampling and browser blocking can affect those reports. A pageview does not establish that someone used a prompt, completed a download, subscribed or bought anything. Do not put email addresses or private business details in page URLs.

Optional AI emails

The newsletter page explains whether signup is available. When it is available, MailerLite hosts the signup form and handles email addresses, consent choices, subscription status and email delivery. The form identifies the Workman AI Labs purpose. Requesting AI emails does not enroll you in Workman Firearms or Range 42 marketing.

New contacts follow the form’s email-confirmation process. MailerLite does not necessarily send another confirmation to an address that is already active in the same account. That does not replace the separate AI-purpose consent requested on the form.

If you choose to register interest in an implementation kit, that choice is optional. It is not an order, a paid subscription, a price commitment or a promise that a product will launch. Form and email records can include the signup source, consent information, delivery information and, where enabled, email opens or link clicks. Open reports are not reliable proof that a person read an email.

MailerLite’s privacy policy explains its own processing.

Unsubscribing and data questions

Use the unsubscribe link in an email to stop receiving messages. MailerLite manages subscriber status across the account, so unsubscribing can also stop other emails sent from the same Workman MailerLite account. It does not enroll you in another list.

Unsubscribing does not necessarily delete delivery or suppression records. For questions about your data or a correction or deletion request, contact info@workmanfirearms.com. Do not send passwords, verification codes or private brief-builder notes.

Links to other services

External services have their own terms and privacy practices. Affiliate recommendations are covered by the affiliate disclosure; an external link is not permission to add you to our email list.
